Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: 7 August 2026  ·  Skillbanc.com, Inc.

Our commitment in plain language: We want everyone to be able to use what we build, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, captions, or voice control. We are not perfect yet. This page says honestly where we stand, what we know is still wrong, and how to tell us when we have got it wrong.

1. Scope

Skillbanc.com, Inc. is the legal entity. Its products are branded under the Skillbanc AI family. This statement covers all of them, including products released after the date above:

2. Standard We Measure Against

We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. Where our mobile application is concerned, we apply the same guidelines together with the accessibility guidance of the platform it runs on.

3. Conformance Status

Partially conformant. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard. We are stating this deliberately rather than claiming full conformance, because we have not yet completed an independent audit. We would rather tell you where we are than overstate it.

4. What Currently Works

Based on our own testing of our public pages, at the date above:

5. Known Limitations

We know about the following, and we are working on them. If you rely on any of these, please contact us and we will help you directly in the meantime.

6. How We Assessed This

This statement is based on self-evaluation carried out by Skillbanc.com, Inc. using automated checks and manual review. It has not been independently reviewed by a third party. When an independent audit is completed, we will update this page and say so.

7. Tell Us About a Barrier

If you cannot access something, or something is harder to use than it should be, please tell us. You do not need to know the technical reason — describing what you were trying to do is enough.

We aim to acknowledge you within 5 business days and to tell you what we intend to do and by when. If we cannot fix something quickly, we will offer another way to get what you need.

8. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to raise the matter with the relevant authority in your country. In the United States, information about rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act is available from the U.S. Department of Justice.

9. Keeping This Current

We review this statement at least once a year, and whenever we make a significant change to our products. The date at the top of this page is the date it was last reviewed.
